3 oz leg of lamb

Ingredients
2 flat pitas (200 max calories, 25 max fat calories)
6 oz boneless leg of lamb top filleted (from depth-wise, sliced lengthwise)
6 thin slices of onion (yellow or red)
1 tsp of chopped garlic
a tiny pinch of dried thyme
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
12 mint leaves
4 tbl of reduced fat sour cream
1 tsp of pureed cucumber, seeds removed (peel removed before pureeing)
½ tsp of garlic juice
4 medium campari tomatoes (or tomatoes of your choice), sliced
shredded lettuce (optional)
Directions
Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Place meat, onions, garlic and mint in pan. Season meat with salt and pepper on one side. Cook for a 2 to 4 minutes then turn. Season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from pan
Add a pinch of thyme to onion, garlic and herbs. Continue cooking until desired doneness. Puree peeled cucumber and mix well with sour cream and garlic juice.
Spread cucumber and sour cream sauce on pita. Arrange meat, onions and herbs on pita. Add tomatoes and lettuce. Fold over and serve.
