3 oz California Stir Fry (broccoli, sliced carrots and sno peas)
2 tbl water.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Heat water in small skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until at a low boil. Lower heat and add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with a tight lid and steam for about 10 minutes or until at desired crispness.
Serving Suggestions
Add a sprinkle of soy or teriyaki sauce.
