Swiss Cheeseburger and French Fries

Ingredients

3 oz 90% plus, lean ground beef hamburger patty

light hamburger bun (80 cals or less) lightly toasted if desired

1 slice of Borden Fat Free Swiss Cheese

1 tbl Ketchup

table salt (optional)

ground black pepper

garlic powder (optional)

onion powder or flakes (optional)

dried parseley flakes (optional)

32 OreIda shoestring French fries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add fries to a shallow baking pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crisp.

Preheat non stick skillet over medium heat. Season patty on both sides, then add to heated skillet. Cook patty on both sides to desired doneness. Lower heat and add cheese slice. Add burger to bun. Add ketchup and serve.
