1 Hebrew National Beef Reduced Fat hot dog
1 lite hamburger bun (80 calories maximum)
2 tbl vat cured sauerkraut
1 onion slice
2 tbl ketchup
1 tsp of hot sauce
2 tbl mustard
2 tbl of water
32 OreIda shoestring french fries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add fries in shallow baking dish. Heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
Boil hot dog for 5 minutes. Add water to small skillet. Add onion and sauerkraut. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add ketchup and hot sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
