Turkey Bacon and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

1 slice of Jennie-O Extra Lean turkey bacon (or equivalent)

1 egg, scrambled or fried

1 whole grain sandwich thin (Arnold's or Pepperidge Farms)

Directions

Pan fry: Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Heat slices for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. Slice bacon into two pieces.

Preheat small skillet. Add a short blast of cooking spray. Fry or scramble egg. Assemble sandwich.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with Ketchup. Add in additional calories.
