Ingredients
1 slice of Jennie-O Extra Lean turkey bacon (or equivalent)
1 egg white
1 whole grain sandhich thin (Arnold's or Pepperidge Farms)
1 slice of American yellow fat free cheese (rec. Kraft)
cooking spray, short blast
Directions
Pan fry: Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Heat bacon slice for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. Slice bacon into two pieces.
Preheat small skillet over medium heat. Add a short blast of cooking spray. Fry egg on both sides.
Lightly toast the sandwich thin. Once done, place cheese slice on top or bottom bread slice.
Assemble sandwich.
