Ingredients
slice of Jennie-O Extra Lean turkey bacon (or equivalent)
1 egg, scrambled or fried
1 whole grain sandwich thin (Arnold's or Pepperidge Farms)
1 - 2% fat free yellow cheese slice (rec. Kraft brand)
Directions
Pan fry: Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Heat bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. Slice bacon into two pieces.
Preheat small skillet. Add a short blast of cooking spray. Fry or scramble egg.
Lightly toast sandwich thin. Add cheese slice to top slice and let it soften. Assemble sandwich by adding the ham to the bottom thins slice, then the egg, then the top slice with the softened cheese.
