Ingredients
2 small potatoes (max. 10 oz peeled), shredded on large end of shredder
2 tbls shredded onions (on large end of shredder)
Cooking Spray
Table salt to taste
Ground green pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Directions
Preheat large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add cooking spray. Add potatoes and onions, distributing throughout the pan. Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Cook for five minutes or so until browned on one side, then flip with a spatula and brown on the opposite side.
Repeat if necessary until potatoes are evenly browned. Remove and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ketchup. Add in additional calories.
