Beef Bacon Lettuce and Tomato on Light Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

2 slices of beef bacon (35 calories per slice)

2 slices of Arnold’s Bakery Light Whole Wheat bread (or equivalent) –toasted or plain

2 tbls of Hellmann’s Low Fat (formerly Reduced Fat) mayonnaise

1 large tomato slice

1 large lettuce leaf

Directions

Pan fry bacon over medium heat in preheated skillet. Fry on each side 3 to 4 minutes, then remove from heat and drain on paper towel. Cut or tear bacon slices to fit three strips of bacon on bread.

Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Place lettuce, then bacon and finally tomato on bread slice. Close sandwich. Cut sandwich in half and serve.
