Recipe serves two
Ingredients4 cups of romaine lettuce, washed, drained and torn into pieces
1 small tomato, sliced into wedges
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
shredded carrots to taste
2 thin slices of red or yellow onions
¼ cup of sliced mushrooms and bits
2 tbls of bacon bits
salt to taste (optional)
ground black pepper to taste (optional)
