Turkey Salad Sandwich

1/2 cup turkey salad
Recipe serves four
Ingredients
4 oz, roasted turkey white meat (not deli sliced)
6 tbl Hellmann’s Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
¼ cup diced celery
½ hard boiled egg, diced
1 tbl shredded carrots
2 tbl diced onions
½ tbl finely diced green pepper
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cut turkey into small cubes.
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, adding 2 tbls of mayonnaise last. Mix mayonnaise in thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
Construct sandwich by spreading 1 tbl of mayonnaise on one slice of bread, lettuce and tomato.
Eight slices of light whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice)
Directions
