![]() Turkey Salad Total Calories per Serving: 157 Fat Calories per Serving: 70 Percent Fat Calories per Serving: 44.59% Portion - 1/2 cup Recipe serves two Ingredients 4 oz, roasted turkey white meat (not deli sliced)2 tbl Hellmann’s Low Fat (formerly Reduced Fat) Mayonnaise ¼ cup diced celery ½ hard boiled egg, diced 1 tbl shredded carrots (to taste) 2 tbl diced onions 1 tbl finely diced green pepper Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste
Directions Cut turkey into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, adding mayonnaise last. Mix mayonnaise in thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
Serving Suggestions Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges.
