Turkey Salad with Elbow Macaroni

Ingredients
3 oz dry, elbow macaroni
4 oz, roasted turkey white meat (not deli sliced)
4 tbl Hellmann's Low Fat (formerly, Reduced Fat)
¼ cup diced celery
1 hard boiled egg, diced
1 to 2 tbls shredded carrots (to taste)
2 tbl diced onions
1 tbl finely diced green pepper
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Place elbows in a pot of rapidly boiling water. Boil for 9 minutes, then remove to a colander. Rinse with cold water and set aside to drain and cool.
Cut turkey into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, adding mayonnaise last. Add salt and pepper if desired. Mix mayonnaise in thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator before serving.

Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato slices
