Ham, Egg and Cheese on Light Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

2 slices light whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice)

1 - 2 oz slice of Cumberland Gap 97% Fat Free Ham

1 medium egg

1 slice of 2% Reduced Fat yellow cheese (rec. Kraft or equivalent)

cooking spray, short blast

Directions

Preheat small skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbl of water. Heat ham on both sides. When water evaporates, brown lightly on both sides.

Lightly toast bread, then add the cheese slice to the top slice and let it soften. Assemble the sandwich with the ham on the bottom, the egg in the middle, and the cheese on the top.
