2 slices light whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice)
1 - 2 oz slice of Cumberland Gap 97% Fat Free Ham
1 medium egg
1 slice of 2% Reduced Fat yellow cheese (rec. Kraft or equivalent)

Directions
Preheat small skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbl of water. Heat ham on both sides. When water evaporates, brown lightly on both sides.
