![]() Macaroni and Tuna Salad Total Calories per Serving: 214 Fat Calories per Serving: 48 Percent Fat Calories per Serving: 22.43% Portion - 1 1/2 cup Recipe serves two to three (nutritional data is for 2 servings) Ingredients 3 oz tuna in water (1/2 can)2 tbl of finely chopped yellow onions 2 tbl of finely chopped celery 1 ½ tbl finely chopped sweet mixed pickles ½ hard boiled egg, chopped ½ tbl of finely chopped green pepper 2 tbls of shredded carrots (optional) 2 tbls of Hellmann’s light mayonnaise Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste
Directions Boil water in medium saucepan. Add elbows. Boil for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove to colander and rinse with cold water.Mix tuna, eggs, onions, pickles, celery, carrots, green peppers, salt and pepper in small bowl. Add elbows and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
