![]() Shrimp Salad Sandwich Total Calories per Serving: 187 Fat Calories per Serving: 45 Percent Fat Calories per Serving: 24.06% Portion - 1/4 cup of shrimp salad Recipe serves two Ingredients 3 oz of thawed and drained frozen tiny salad shrimp (defrost under water and squeeze out excess water)1 cup of packaged cole slaw 1 tbls of finely chopped celery 2 tbls of Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise 1 tbl of Hellmann’s Reduced Fat Mayonnaise (optional to spread on bread slice) 4 slices of light whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice) 1 tomato slice 1 lettuce leaf
Directions Rinse frozen shrimp under cold water until thawed. Squeeze out excess water. Set aside in a strainer.Mix shrimp, cole slaw, celery and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until served. Assemble sandwich.
