Ingredients1 medium egg
1 whole grain sandwich thin (Arnold's or Pepperidge Farms)
1 slice of 2% Reduced Fat yellow cheese (rec. Kraft or equivalent)
cooking spray, short blast
DirectionsPreheat small skillet over medium heat. Add a short blast of cooking spray. Scramble or fry egg. Lightly toast the sandwich thin, then add the cheese slice to the top slice and let it soften. Assemble the sandwich.
