![]() Shrimp Salad Total Calories per Serving: 162 Fat Calories per Serving: 70 Percent Fat Calories per Serving: 43.21% Portion - 1 cup Recipe serves two Ingredients 6 oz of thawed and drained frozen tiny salad shrimp (defrost under water and squeeze out excess water)2 cups of packaged cole slaw 2 tbls of finely chopped celery 4 tbls of Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise
Directions Rinse frozen shrimp under cold water until thawed. Squeeze out excess water. Set aside in a strainer.Mix shrimp, cole slaw, celery and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until served. Assemble sandwich.
