Recipe serves two
Ingredients2 hard boiled eggs with yolks
2 hard boiled eggs with yolks removed
2 tbls Hellmann’s Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
Couple of drops of sweet mixed pickles juice (optional)
½ tsp of fresh chopped parseley
DirectionsChop eggs and place in a small bowl. Add parseley and pickle juice. Mix thoroughly with mayonnaise. Chill and serve.
