Crab Salad Sandwich

Recipe serves two or more
Ingredients1 oz of Blue Swimming or equivalent crab meat (ready to eat)
1 cup of cole slaw salad mix
1 ½“ stalk of celery, chopped
2 tbl of Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise (to mix salad)
1 tbl of Hellmann’s Reduced Fat Mayonnaise (for sandwich spread)
2 slices of light whole wheat bread (40 cals per slice) or equivalent per serving
1 tomato slice
1 lettuce leaf
DirectionsMix all ingredients in bowl . Assemble sandwich.
