Ingredients
4 cups of green beans (about 15 oz)
4 small potatoes, peeled and cut into three wedges each (1 pound, 5 oz total)
1 large smoked pork neck bone
shake of crushed red peppers to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
water, enough to cover all contents
Directions
Boil neck bone in water for about 2 hours over medium heat. Add crushed red peppers. When meat is falling off the bone, add potatoes, salt and pepper. Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes. Add green beans. Boil for about 15 minutes.
Contents are done when potatoes are tender.
