Recipe serves four
Ingredients4 cups of green beans (about 15 oz)
1 large smoked pork neckbone
shake of crushed red peppers to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
water, enough to cover all contents
DirectionsBoil neck bone for about 2 hours until meat if falling off the bone. Add crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Add green beans. Boil for about 15 minutes. Green beans are done when they are tender but still firm.
