Ingredients
2 slices of rye bread (60 calories, 10 fat calories each slice)
2 slices of fat-free cheese (30 calories per slice)
½ tbl of butter (cut into two sections)
Directions
Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat. Smear half of the butter over cooking surface you will need for two slices of bread. Add bread on buttered surface. Cook until bread begins to brown.
Lift bread and smear the second half of butter on cooking surface. Place the un-browned side of bread on buttered cooking surface. Once this side is lightly browned add cheese slices to one slice of bread and cover the entire bread surface.
Place the other slice of bread on top and brown more on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
