Ingredients

6 already prepared, battered, onion rings with a maximum of 190 total calories and 60 fat calories

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place rings in a single layer in an aluminum pan. Cooking spray should not be necessary. Heat for 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Turn and heat for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until browned on the opposite side.
