Ingredients
12 oz Perdue or Shady Brook Farms, 97% fat free, ground turkey (or equivalent)
2 slices of lite whole wheat bread (40 cals per slice) crumbled into bread crumbs
tbl sage
¼ tsp thyme
½ tbl parseley
½ tsp onion flakes or dried, chopped onion
1 ½ tsp of hot sauce or tobascco (optional)
salt to taste
2 egg whites
shake of red crushed red pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Measure and form, 1 oz each patties. Lower heat and pan fry patties for about five minutes on each side.
