Ingredients

Perdue Ground Chicken Patty Perdue - 4 oz (or equivalent)

Light hamburger bun (80 calories or less)

1 tbl tomato ketchup (optional)

1 slice onion (optional)

1 slice sandwich dill pickle (optional)

Salt to taste (optional)

Ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Garlic powder to taste (optional)

Dried parseley flakes to taste (optional)

1 lettuce leaf (optional)

1 tomato slice (optional)

32 OreIda French Fries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Serve chicken burger on hamburger bun (lightly toasted if desired) and optional ketchup, onion, pickle, lettuce and tomato.

Season patty. Broil, grill or pan fry patty.

Place fries in pan and heat in oven for 10 minutes or so.

Serve chicken burger on hamburger bun (lightly toasted if desired) and optional ketchup, onion, pickle, lettuce and tomato. Add in extra calories for onion and tomato slice (about 5 calories each)
