Ingredients
Perdue Ground Chicken Patty Perdue - 4 oz (or equivalent)
Light hamburger bun (80 calories or less)
1 slice of 2% milk Borden cheese
2 tbl tomato ketchup (optional)
1 slice onion (optional)
1 slice sandwich dill pickle (optional)
Salt to taste (optional)
Ground black pepper to taste (optional)
Garlic powder to taste (optional)
Dried parseley flakes to taste (optional)
1 lettuce leaf (optional)
1 tomato slice (optional)
32 OreIda shoestring french fries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Season patty. Broil, grill or pan fry patty. When burger is done, lower heat and place cheese slice on top. Heat on low until cheese is lightly melted. Remove from heat.
Place fries in pan and heat in oven for 10 minutes or so.
Serve chicken burger on hamburger bun (lightly toasted if desired) and optional ketchup, onion, pickle, lettuce and tomato.
