Ingredients
15.5 oz baking apples (golden delicious or empire), peeled, cored and sliced) approximately, 8 medium apples
1 cup Splenda no calorie sweetner
3 tbls of corn starch
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp of pure vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Add Splenda, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract in dish and mix well.. Add apples, then mix well using a spatula.
Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake, for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and mix apples thoroughly with syrupy sauce. Return to oven (uncovered) and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are tender and syrup is a caramel consistency.
Serving Suggestions
Sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon. Add a few raisins. Add in additional calories.
