Ingredients
Two chicken wings with skin
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to paste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Thoroughly clean chicken and place in a casserole dish. Season chicken on both sides. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn. If the bottom of the pan gets too dry and the chicken is sticking, add a couple of tablespoons of water.
Turn chicken and bake on the opposite side for 20 minutes. Chicken should be lightly browned on both sides. If it isn’t, cook a little longer until lightly browned.
