![]() Barbecue Chicken Leg no skin 4 oz Total Calories per Serving: 175 Fat Calories per Serving: 45 Percent Fat Calories per Serving: 25.71% Portion - entrée Serves one Ingredients 1 - 4 oz. chicken leg1 tbl of bottled barbeque sauce or mixture of sauces of your choice dash of tobassco or hot sauce (optional) tiny dab of hot mustard (optional) salt to taste ground black pepper to taste garlic powder to taste onion powder to taste
Directions Preheat oven to 325 degreesWash chicken thoroughly. Rub chicken thoroughly with sauce. Season with choice of seasonings on all sides. Bake on each side for 20 to 25 minutes. Total baking time should be around 45 minutes to an hour.
