1 - 4 oz. chicken leg
1 tbl of bottled barbeque sauce or mixture of sauces of your choice
dash of tobassco or hot sauce (optional)
tiny dab of hot mustard (optional)
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Wash chicken thoroughly. Rub chicken thoroughly with sauce. Season with choice of seasonings on all sides.
Bake on each side for 20 to 25 minutes. Total baking time should be around 45 minutes to an hour.
