Fried Chicken Breast Fillets

Ingredients

4 oz - ¼ inch thick, boneless, chicken breast fillets. You can either purchase flat chicken fillets, or you can slice a boneless chicken breast, depth-wise into thin flat pieces.

¼ cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tbl oil (canola, vegetable or olive oil)

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Season, chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken through flour. Heat oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and heat until sizzling hot.

Place chicken in sizzling hot oil. Brown on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes each until browned. Remove browned chicken.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with one tbl of ketchup. Add in additional calories
