Barbecue Chicken Thigh, Skinless - 4 oz

Recipe serves four

Ingredients

4, 4 oz (or less) skinless chicken thighs

4 tbl hickory flavor barbecue sauce

4 tbl hickory flavor barbecue sauce

garlic powder to taste

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

½ tsp tobassco or hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Thoroughly wash chicken and remove any excess skin. Drain chicken in a colander. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix barbecue sauces and tobassco.

Lay chicken in a casserole dish. Brush one side of chicken with sauce. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Turn chicken over. Brush with sauce and season as before.

Place dish uncovered in over and roast for 25 minutes. Turn chicken and roast for an additional 25 minutes.
