IngredientsTwo medium white potatoes, peeled and cut into large wedges (10.5 oz maximum)
¼ cup, plus a little more if necessary of , 1 ½% milkfat, reduced cultured butter milk (120 cals, 35 fat calories per cup)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
DirectionsBoil potatoes until very tender. Fork will easily pierce through potatoes when done. Remove potatoes to colander to drain. Add drained potatoes to a medium mixing bowl. Mash potatoes with a masher. Add butter milk and mix thoroughly.
