Battered Shrimp - 5 large shrimp

Ingredients

5 large shrimp (26 – 30 count) cleaned and de-veined

¼ cup of McCormick Tempura Seafood Mix

2 tbls of ice cold water

Cooking spray – (1/2 tsp equivalent blast)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray aluminum pan evenly with cooking spray. Prepare batter mix. Dredge shrimp through batter. Place battered shrimp in pan.

Cook shrimp on both sides for about five minutes each until batter is browned. Remove from oven. Trim any excess batter from edges.
