BLT on Lite Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients1 ½ slices of thick sliced bacon cut in half to yield 3 half pieces (if using regular sliced bacon, use a bacon press to maintain length)
2 slices of Lite Whole Wheat Bread (40 calories each slice), toasted to taste
1 large tomato slice
1 lettuce leaf
1 tbl of Hellmann’s Low Fat (formerly Reduced Fat) mayonnaise
Ground black pepper to taste
DirectionsPreheat small skillet over medium heat. Pan fry bacon slowly on both sides. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise to toasted bread. Construct sandwich; lettuce, bacon and tomato.
