Grilled Cheese and Tomato on Lite Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

2 slices of lite whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice)

2 slices of Fat Free American Singles (rec. Kraft)

1 large tomato slice

½ tbl butter

Table salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Smear butter on the bottom of the hot pan, preserving a bit of the butter for later. Place bread slices in pan and brown. Turn to brown on the opposite side. Smear the remaining butter in the pan.

When both sides are browned, add cheese slices to each slice of bread. Season tomato and place on one slice of the bread with cheese. Close sandwich and heat on both sides until the cheese is lightly melted. Serve.
