Recipe serves two
Ingredients4 oz, roasted turkey white meat (not deli sliced)
2 tbl Hellmann’s Low Fat (formerly Reduced Fat) Mayonnaise
¼ cup diced celery
½ hard boiled egg, diced
1 tbl shredded carrots (to taste)
2 tbl diced onions
1 tbl finely diced green pepper
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Directions Serving Suggestions
DirectionsCut turkey into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, adding mayonnaise last. Mix mayonnaise in thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
Serving SuggestionsServe on a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges.
