Recipe serves four
Ingredients
8 oz (half box) of fettuccine, cooked al dente, per package directions
2 tbls of butter
½ cup of 2% milk
8 tsps of Kraft Reduced Fat grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ tbl cornstarch mixed with 3 tbls of cold water
2 tbls of fresh chopped parseley
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook fettuccine and drain. In a small skillet over low heat, heat milk to a simmer. Add butter. Add cornstarch mixture and stir continuously while mixture thickens. Add salt, pepper and parseley.
Remove from heat when mixture is a sauce consistency. Add parmesan and mix well.
Mix sauce with fettuccine and serve.
